Frequently Asked Questions

Find answers to common questions about scholarships

Yes, students can apply for multiple scholarships, but generally only one scholarship will be awarded. The scholarship committee will determine which scholarship provides the maximum benefit to the student. However, sibling discounts and early admission discounts can be combined with other scholarships.

Scholarship decisions are typically announced within 2-3 weeks after the application deadline. You will be notified via email and SMS. The final list of scholarship recipients is also displayed on the college notice board and website.

Most scholarships require maintaining minimum academic standards. For merit-based scholarships, you must maintain a minimum 3.5 GPA. For need-based scholarships, the requirement is 3.0 GPA. If your grades fall below the required threshold, you will receive a warning for one semester. If performance doesn't improve, the scholarship may be reduced or revoked.

Limited scholarships are available for short courses, primarily based on financial need. The discount for short courses is typically 20-40% rather than full scholarships. Please contact the admissions office for specific information about scholarships for the short course you're interested in.

Yes, you can apply for scholarships after admission, but it's recommended to apply before or during the admission process. Some scholarships (like early admission discounts) are only available before specific deadlines. Current students can apply for scholarships at the beginning of each academic year.
